Discreet. Disciplined. Since 1987.
Global Secure Vault Logistics was founded to solve a specific problem — moving objects whose value exceeds ordinary insurance limits, across borders, without incident. What began as a two-vault operation in Mayfair has grown into a global network of secure hubs, armed transport partners and vaulting facilities trusted by central banks, sovereign governments, private banks, museums, refineries and law firms in 190+ countries.
Nearly four decades of continuous operations.
Global Secure Vault Logistics was incorporated in the City of London in 1987 by a small group of former British Army logistics officers and private-bank vault managers. Our founding thesis was straightforward: the world had specialist carriers for parcels, containers and passengers — but no serious operator dedicated to cargo whose loss would be measured in tens of millions of pounds and reputational damage to institutions.
By 1994, we operated three vaulting facilities in London, Zurich and Geneva, and had signed our first framework agreement with a European central bank. By 2003, we had opened a Dubai hub to serve GCC bullion flows, and had become one of the first logistics firms admitted to TAPA at Founding Member level. In 2011 we opened our Hong Kong hub; in 2016 our Singapore hub; in 2019 our New York hub; in 2023 our second-generation vault in Antwerp for the diamond trade.
Today our operations centre in London coordinates thousands of shipments per year across every mode of transport, in partnership with a vetted network of national carriers, armed convoy specialists, secure warehouses and vault operators.

Our Mission
To move the world's most valuable and sensitive cargo without incident, without exposure, and without excuse — using the discipline of a military operation and the discretion of a private bank.
Our Vision
To be the definitive standard for secure global logistics: the firm every central bank, museum and sovereign government calls when the shipment cannot fail.
Core Values
Discretion. Discipline. Chain-of-custody integrity. Personal responsibility. Zero tolerance for shortcuts. And a relentless commitment to our clients' reputational safety.
A single standard, applied everywhere.
Our leadership team combines three decades of secure-logistics experience with senior careers in banking custody, museum conservation and government logistics. Every operational manager at Global Secure Vault Logistics has personally handled shipments valued above US$100 million. Every armed-transport supervisor is ex-military or ex-law-enforcement, security-cleared to government standard, and continuously re-vetted.
We operate to a single global standard — irrespective of country or client. Chain of custody is documented on every leg. Cargo is never left unattended. Vehicles are tracked continuously. Vaults are dual-key. Insurance is unbroken. Anomalies are escalated within minutes to our London operations centre. This is not a marketing claim — it is a codified operating manual audited annually by our insurers.
Eight regional hubs. One operational culture.
Licensed to move what few carriers dare to touch.
Global Secure Vault Logistics holds full IATA cargo agent accreditation, UK CAA Regulated Agent status, EU Authorised Economic Operator (AEO-F) status, US C-TPAT Tier 3 membership, and TAPA Facility Security Requirements (FSR) Class A certification at every operational hub. Our vaulting facilities are dual-audited by the Loomis International vault-standard framework and by our Lloyd's-syndicated insurers.
All shipments are insured on all-risk terms against physical loss, damage and consequential loss, with additional Political-Risk and War-Risk coverage extended by request. Our syndicate-led coverage supports single-shipment values up to US$500 million, with higher limits placed on a facultative basis on request.
